Not loving your power bank? No problem.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product for a full refund—no questions asked (okay, maybe just a few to help us improve).
Eligibility
- Return must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Item must be in good working condition.
- Keep your receipt or order number ready.
How to Request a Return
- Email hello@connect.ph or message us through our app or website.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
Need an Exchange?
If you’d rather swap it than return it, just let us know—we’re happy to send you a replacement once the original is returned.
12-Month Warranty Policy
All items in our shop come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
What’s Covered
- Battery not charging or holding charge properly
- Input and output ports not functioning
- Unit not powering on
What’s Not Covered
- Physical damage (e.g., cracks, dents, water exposure)
- Wear and tear from misuse or drops
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Products not purchased from official Connect stores or authorized resellers
How to Claim Warranty
- Reach out to hello@connect.ph with:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the defect (if possible)
- Our team will assess your claim and offer a free replacement or repair, depending on the case.
